### Do you take walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
An appointment is strongly preferred. Walk-ins are not turned away, but the book is usually full, so calling (281) 201-2673 or booking online first is the difference between being seen and making the trip for nothing. Short services can often be fitted into a gap the same day; a full set or a spa pedicure realistically needs booking.

### What's the difference between acrylic and gel nails?
Acrylics are stronger and built with powder and liquid; gels are flexible and cured under UV.

### Do you do men's manicures?
Yes, and it is a standard booking rather than a special request — there is no separate men's menu. Most men ask for the nail buffed to a natural shine rather than polished, which has nothing on it to chip and holds for about three weeks. Twenty-one dollars, the same as any manicure.

### Do you do callus removal?
Yes — a ten-dollar upgrade on any pedicure, and already included in the Deluxe Pedicure and above.

### Do you offer kids' services?
Yes — mini manicures and pedicures for family visits.

### What if a nail breaks after my appointment?
Call us. A single broken nail is a twenty-minute fix, and repairs are complimentary on gel. On other enhancements a repair is five dollars.

### How do I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean nails; remove old polish if possible.

### What if I have allergies?
Inform us in advance; we use hypoallergenic options where available.
