Thanksgiving week: book your nails early

Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 26, 2026.

Thanksgiving is a federal holiday on Thursday, November 26 this year, according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. The days before it are often busy in salons because of visiting family, photos and hosting, so it helps to book early.

If you have family or friends visiting Sugar Land, tell us when you call what you are celebrating and which days work, and we will help you choose a day that fits. A longer service such as a pedicure or a full set needs more time, so say so when you call.

Short neutral nails and deep fall colors both look good at the table, and Julie carries hundreds of colors if you want a specific shade. We work by appointment, so call ahead rather than walking in, and tell us about any dinner or photo plans so we can leave enough time. Thanksgiving week fills up, so even a call a week ahead helps us find you a good time.
