Veterans Day, a thank you from Julie and our team

Wednesday, November 11, 2026.

Veterans Day is a federal holiday, and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management lists it for Wednesday, November 11, 2026. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs hosts a page on the day for anyone who would like to learn more or find ways to honor those who served.

Julie and our whole team are grateful to the veterans and service members in Sugar Land and across Fort Bend County, and to the families who serve alongside them. We hope the day brings you good company and a little time to rest.

Many schools, offices and local businesses change their hours on federal holidays, so it is worth checking before you head out. We have no special offer for the day, and would rather simply say thank you. If you would like to treat yourself later in the week, we work by appointment. If you would like to honor a veteran in your own life, a phone call or a handwritten note can mean a great deal.
