- Which areas can be waxed here?
- Underarm and neck hair removal, arm hair removal as a half or full arm, leg hair removal as half legs or full legs, bikini, Brazilian, chest and back. Full legs is priced and described on its own page. Facial areas — lip, chin, hairline, cheeks, sideburns, eyebrows, full face — are handled separately.
- How long does hair need to be before a body wax?
- About a quarter of an inch, which is roughly two weeks of growth, and the same rule as the face. Shaving between appointments resets that clock, so a wax booked too soon after shaving comes out patchy. It is better to wait than to book early.
- What is the difference between a bikini wax and a Brazilian?
- A bikini wax takes the hair outside the line of underwear. A Brazilian goes further and removes most or all of it. Brazilian takes longer, costs more, and is the one people most often want to ask about beforehand — ask. Nobody minds the question and it is better answered before you are on the table than during.
- Can I combine body waxing with a nail appointment?
- Yes, and it is worth saying so when you call rather than on arrival, so the time is actually set aside. A full set and a waxing area in the same visit is a common pairing, particularly for guests driving in from Missouri City, Stafford or Richmond who would otherwise make the trip twice.
- How much does it hurt, honestly?
- Underarm and bikini are the sharpest; arms and legs are the mildest because the hair is finer and the skin less sensitive. It is quick either way — an underarm takes a couple of minutes. Regular waxing makes regrowth finer, so the fourth appointment is genuinely easier than the first. Avoid caffeine beforehand and do not book it for the day before a beach holiday.
